Location
Tumbleweed Infant House LLC is located on SE 70th Avenue, south of Woodstock Avenue. Tumbleweed Preschool House LLC is located on SE 66th Avenue near SE Duke Street. Both locations (walking distance from each other) are in the Brentwood neighborhood (near Woodstock and Reed College).
Hours of Operation
The hours of operation are currently 8:30am to 5:30pm, M-Th (Fridays available to the Preschool Cohort only).
Our Preschool Cohort (at TIP)
Our Preschool Cohort is made up of our first, second, and third cohorts with children aged 2.5 years through 5 years. The ratio is up to 16 children with two or three teachers. Briana "Bee" Hoskins and Elissa Hall (check them out on Us) are co-teachers for this cohort. This group is currently at 12 children and will be increasing to 16. We plan to have openings starting in October 2012! To enroll or get on the waitlist, Contact Us.
Our Forth Cohort
Our forth cohort started October 2010. Currently enrolled children were born between April and August 2010. Briana Weber is the Primary Care Provider (see
her picture and bio on Us). This group is currently full at a 4:1 ratio. To get on the waitlist, Contact Us.
Group Size
Cohorts of young infants will be three children with one teacher.
Cohorts of young toddlers may choose to have four children with one teacher.
Cohorts of preschoolers (2.5 years and older) may have up to eight children with one teacher.
Age Range
Cohort of young infants and toddlers will have a maximim age range of about 8 months. The
children will always remain with the same cohort.

Visits and enrollment are available now for select cohorts (see above)!
Tuition and Fees
Our non-refundable Enrollment Fee is $200 per child. Once you've paid this amount and one month's tuition, your spot is saved for you. Tuition is due on the 10th of each month and covers care for the future month. Siblings are given a 10% discount. Below is our tuition chart. For example, a child in a 3:1 ratio classroom three days a week would have a monthly tuition of $1,050.
